This red wine is a pure Nero d’Avola, which comes from the Paolo Cali winery, a historic winery born in Vittoria (RG).
It is characterized by its ruby red color and its very soft, structured and dry flavour.
On the nose, however, there are floral and fruity aromas, a typical element of this cellar.
To be paired with red meats such as beef and lamb or pasta dishes with sauce
