Gin and Tonic is one of the most famous cocktails in the world, its origins date back to the early 18th century, used by English army doctors for its life-saving properties.
Based on quinine used against malaria, given its very bitter nature they thought of mixing everything with water, sugar, lime and finally gin so as to make the Gin and Tonic more palatable.
Gin & Tonic by Moro ‘947 remains faithful to the historic recipe, leaving the salient properties of this historic cocktail unchanged but revisiting some tasting notes with purely Mediterranean notes.
