For its preparation we use the entire grain of wheat, including the bran to guarantee a good and uncontaminated product. We produce it in different formats: spaghetti, fettucce, casarecce, farfalle, fusilli, half rigatoni, penne rigate, short mafalde, ditalini rigati and stelline.
Fusilli are a short curled pasta shape originating from southern Italy. In the past they were made by hand, rolling the spaghetti on a wire and then drying them. They are very versatile in the kitchen, they pair perfectly with delicate sauces and fish-based condiments.
