Kneading is an ancient gesture, repeated over the centuries by the industrious hands of women. Today this operation is carried out by a highly advanced system that mixes the waters of the Matese mountains and durum wheat semolina from our mill, to obtain a golden pasta, with the fragrance of wheat, rough, porous and tenacious.
