Le Gemme del Vesuvio is a line of pasta born from the secrets of the maccaronara tradition thanks to the encounter with the high and modern technology of the Fornaro family, already owner of a high precision mechanical company, who, with a passion for tradition , has given life, in the province of Naples, to the artisanal pasta factory GRANIA srl and to more than 50 pasta shapes made with fine durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process at low temperatures to preserve the nutritional values and define the organoleptic characteristics.
