Acacia honey, with its delicate aromas, is undoubtedly the best base for the fragrant white truffle, which is combined in thin dehydrated sheets. It is capable of containing, enhancing and above all imprisoning and preserving, thanks to its consistency, the scent and taste of the white truffle. It pairs beautifully with mature cheeses but also with still warm ricotta. Precious ingredient in the preparation of ice creams or simply sprinkled on panna cotta. Incredible in the glazing of red meats.
