Thyme honey has an intensely aromatic scent, with notes of herbs, spices and flowers. Complex and distinctive flavour, intense and persistent, with sweet, aromatic and spicy notes. It can also have nuances of citrus, mint and light herbaceous accents. It has a natural sweetness, but with a hint of acidity that makes it slightly spicy and refreshing.
