For its preparation we use the entire grain of wheat, including the bran to guarantee a good and uncontaminated product. We produce it in different formats: spaghetti, fettucce, casarecce, farfalle, fusilli, half rigatoni, penne rigate, short mafalda, ditalini rigati and stelline.
They are the second most famous pasta shape after spaghetti. They take their name resembling an ancient writing pen. Historically they were born smooth and golden, but over time they took on the most varied shapes. We make them in many variations: penne mezzani, penne ziti, mezze penne and rigate. Rigatoni always brings everyone together, enriching the tables of Italians from North to South every day.
